bonjour mes amis! 

i swear Chloé has to be the most talked about perfume amongst the beauty blogging/youtube world. therefore, i knew that i had to get my hands on this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. i'll admit that i'm not usually one to spend a lot of money on perfume. i'll often just buy different body sprays and that will be good enough, but i figured it was time to make a womanly purchase. 

when i tried this in Sephora, at first i was put off by the scent because it was all alcohol (obviously with any perfume that you JUST spray it isn't going to smell nice yet), but a few moments later i was like "oh my god i NEED that!" it smelt so amazing, and feminine. it definitely wasn't a scent i thought would appeal to me as much as it did. 

on the Sephora website they describe the scent as, "top notes of pink peony, freesia, and lychee to embody freshness. midnotes of magnolia flower, lily of the valley, and rose with a base of cedarwood, amber, and honey." it is honestly unlike anything i've ever had, or smelt before. it's truly beautiful, and when i spray it i seriously feel like a true lady! (miles of difference from my usual bath and body works fruit sprays.... hahah). 

i decided to not go ahead and purchase the big ol' boy because i wanted to be absolutely sure that i liked it, and that i wouldn't get sick of it throughout the day of wear. and sometimes perfume smells different on skin depending on the person. so for now, i just purchase the rollerball, but i already know that i'll be buying the original size. i'll also add that i love the bottle of this perfume! it is so elegant, and simple with a little hand tied blush pink bow. it's the kind of bottle that even when it's all used up, you want to keep and show off. 

on a little side note - apparently my grandma used to wear this perfume all the time, which is REALLY neat, to share something like that -
